This sports recruitment agency operates in a market where brands think big and need the best talent globally. EISG needed a standout agency to deliver an executive-level brand for premier-level thinking.

Working closely with client and with our copywriters visionary brand statements, we established a strong colour set, image art direction and iconic logotype. EISG have now become an instantly recognisable brand within the sports recruitment sector.

Simple, clean and with agency look
With an evenly proportioned logo with lines that recall pitch markings intersecting the type component we created a fitting sports agency logo supported by a classic colour palette.
So as not to be too static we introduced a confident, bold and punchy typeface that would be able to make the motivational statements a sports agency would need.
As part of the new visual identity, we were tasked with creating an engaging presentation with something memorable that potential new clients and sponsors (some of the largest brands in the world) could take away. In response, we came up with the ‘Brand Book’ – a customised, high-end, hardback book that would be presented at the end of the meeting. These books have to be designed and printed at short notice and often in low volumes.
As a Sports Recruitment Agency, EISG wanted their online experience to be as simple and high-end as the offline. We designed a bold and image lead website, that would be scaled back on text content and focus on a simple user journey.
Services subranding
With the general recruitment sector moving more towards packaging or ‘productising’ their services, EISG wanted to move in this direction too.
A digital experience
As a company that constantly wishes to reinvent themselves, we continue to work with them to update their website and printed literature.
